- Shipping fee is based on the delivery location and rates vary. Free shipping may be offered to orders that exceed certain limits.
(Handling when delivery is not completed)
1. If the Company is unable to complete the delivery of the product due to the reasons specified in the following items, the Company will collect the product and reimburse the customer for the costs required for collection (including commission fees to the delivery company, etc.) The Company may make a claim against the Customer, and may cancel the contract regarding the product at its discretion.

- 1. The Company shall not be responsible for delays in delivery or damage to products due to reasons attributable to the delivery company.
- 2. In the event that a trouble or dispute arises with the delivery company, the customer shall resolve it at the customer's responsibility and expense, and the Company shall not be obligated to become involved in any such trouble or dispute. will do.

If we outsource delivery to a delivery company, please contact the delivery company directly for any inquiries regarding delivery.
(Relationship with Terms of Use)
- 1. This policy shall form part of the Terms of Use, and the provisions of the Terms of Use shall apply to matters not stipulated in this policy.
- 2. In the event that there is a conflict between the provisions of this policy and the terms of use, the provisions of this policy shall prevail.
