Refund policy
This policy stipulates the conditions regarding refunds for the products and services sold or provided by our company (hereinafter simply referred to as "payments").
(Refund conditions)
1. The Company will refund the amount already received to the customer only in the following cases.
- (i) If the sale or provision of goods or services is not carried out or is significantly delayed due to reasons attributable to the Company;
- (ii) If the Company recognizes that there is damage or defect in all or part of the goods or services;
- (iii) In addition to what is provided for in each of the preceding items, if the Company specifically approves the refund of the price.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be obligated to refund the price if any of the following items apply. However, this does not apply if the Company specifically approves the refund of the price pursuant to Item 3 of the preceding paragraph.
- (i) If the sale or provision of goods or services by our company to the customer is not carried out or is significantly delayed due to reasons attributable to the customer (failure to provide information necessary for the sale or provision of goods or services. This includes, but is not limited to, the customer's failure to provide the necessary cooperation for the sale or provision of services.
- (ii) In the event that damage or defects occur in all or part of the goods or services due to reasons attributable to the customer.
- (iii) If the customer has already started using the product or using the service.
(Application for refund)
- 1. If the customer wishes to receive a refund of the price, the customer shall apply for a refund to the Company using a prescribed method separately designated by the Company. The costs required for this application (including communication costs, postage costs, and other costs) shall be borne by the customer if applicable.
- 2. When the Company receives the application set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall promptly examine whether the payment can be refunded or not, and when the examination is completed, the Company shall notify the customer of the examination results using the method prescribed by the Company.
(Refund method/timing)
- 1. When refunding the price, the Company will refund the price using a method separately specified by the Company. The costs required for the refund (including transfer fees, etc.) will be borne by our company.
- 2. The timing of refund of the price pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall be separately specified by the Company.
(Return of product, etc.)
- 1. If the customer wishes to receive a refund, the customer must bring or send the received product to a location specified by the company by a method separately specified by the company by the time separately specified by the company. However, this does not apply if the Company specifically approves.
- 2. If the customer receives a refund, the customer must immediately stop using the provided services or restore the provided services to their original state by the time separately specified by the company. However, this does not apply if the Company specifically approves.
- 3. The costs (including transportation costs, transfer fees, etc.) required for bringing or sending the products and restoring the services to their original condition as specified in the preceding two paragraphs shall be borne by the customer. However, this does not apply if the Company specifically approves.
(Exempted from application)
- 1. When our company conducts mail order sales, the cooling-off provisions of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (hereinafter referred to as the "Specified Commercial Transactions Act") do not apply.
- 2. Except as specifically provided in this policy, the customer may not withdraw or cancel the application for a contract for the sale or provision of goods or services (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). , Article 15-3, Paragraph 1 of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act shall not apply to this Agreement.
(Relationship with Terms of Use)
- 1. This policy shall form part of the Terms of Use, and the provisions of the Terms of Use shall apply to matters not stipulated in this policy.
- 2. In the event that there is a conflict between the provisions of this policy and the terms of use, the provisions of this policy shall prevail.
