Notes on delivery schedule and usage
Please note the following when using this shop:

Our shop does not hold inventory, and purchases products sold locally after receiving an order. In addition, inventory is highly fluid and products are frequently replaced, so there may be cases where an item is out of stock after you place an order. Thank you for your understanding.
■Product delivery period
・We normally aim to deliver within 14 to 21 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
① After confirming your payment, we will place your order by the next day (1-2 days)
②Product shipped from manufacturer (Korea → Japan) (2 to 3 days)
③ Product inspection and shipping preparation (3 to 7 days)
*We strive to carefully inspect our products. Therefore, if the purchased product is defective, we will request a return or exchange from the manufacturer, so it may take longer than expected.
*Shipping dates may vary depending on customs congestion on holidays and other times.
If you purchase multiple items, your order will be shipped once all items are received.
◆About the product
All products sold in this shop are Korean branded products. As these are overseas products, there may be slight errors in the size indication and rough sewing. There may also be fraying, loose sewing threads, missing washing tags, and loose sewing on buttons, etc. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
Please note that the color of the product may differ from the image due to indoor/outdoor shooting and lighting conditions. Also, it may differ depending on your computer or mobile phone.
■About cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to size or color after an order has been completed.
■ If the product is defective or if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please include the following information:
・Name
・Order Number
・Product name
・Defect with photos
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the size not fitting, the color being different from what you expected, or the actual measurements being different.
Additionally, items that have odors or stains that have been acquired by the customer, or items that have been tried on or washed cannot be exchanged or returned.
