FAQ

• Currently we ship to Japan, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Taiwan and Singapore. We will continue to add new markets in the near future so stay tuned! If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@hippadashop.com and we will be happy to reply. 

Where do the products ship from?

• All products are shipped directly from Seoul, South Korea and are sourced from the brands which allows us to keep the prices fair for our customers. 

How long does shipping take?

• To be safe, we ask that customers allow for 14-21 days for their order to arrive. Often you will get your item earlier than this but this allows us time to address any unforeseen issues. Good things are worth the wait! 

How much does shipping cost?

• Simply put, nothing! Nobody likes to get to checkout and see extra costs for receiving their order. We cover all the shipping, duties and customs so you don't need to worry about it. 

What happens after I order an item?

• We verify the inventory and order directly from the brand, it's sent to our fulfillment center, carefully inspected to ensure there isn't the slightest defect and then sent to you. Please be aware that some products are seasonal or limited releases. We work hard to ensure that anything listed on hippadashop.com is in stock and ready to go. Occasionally there may be an issue with the product being temporarily or permanently out of stock. If that happens, you will be contacted and the appropriate action is taken based on your preference. 

Can I track my order?

• Of course! After the order is fulfilled, you will be sent a tracking number and link so you can follow it from the time it leaves Seoul until it arrives at your doorstep.  Our logistics team also ensures that the Customs forms are all good so there are no surprise delays or issues. You may be contacted and requested to provide further details if we think there may be any problems. 

Are the products and brands really made in Korea?

• Yes! All brands we partner with and products we offer are made in Korea. Too many times we've seen companies offer "Korean Fashion" only to find out it's made in other parts of the world. We created Hippada Fashion with the goal of only offering Made In Korea products and brands to showcase the quality and style. 

How often are new products added?

• New products are added weekly! We are constantly updating our inventory. The Korean fashion industry is fast moving and new trends are regularly being discovered. This also means that an item may be here today and gone tomorrow as brands are always trying to stay at the forefront of fashion innovation. Trust us, if you like, get it because it may not be around for much longer!
